Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will receive a shirt. Free t-shirts are available in adult sizes S-3XL. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different shirt from the one shown in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) free t-shirt per person/e-mail address per offer. Street addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Incomplete requests will not be honored. Free shirts will be shipped to the mailing address provided in the form within four to six weeks following the date of this post.
